The designing procedure started in 2006 and the construction of the house was completed in 2010. The OZ House was designed for a young couple with children. The owners were very clear when they requested that their new home would have a casual, barefoot feel, like a vacation destination. They also wanted strong indoor-outdoor connections.

The business firm sits on a 2.8 acre site with gentle slopes and beautiful landscaping on all sides. It's a great location for a family unit home. The house has an 50-shaped plan and it'south divided into two wings. The east volume includes the kitchen and the family room on the footing floor and the children's bedrooms on the upper level. The due south wings includes an role, a media rooms and a guest room on the lower level and a master suite on the second floor.
