I didn't receive another email until almost 36 hours later (not the within 24 hours promised) telling me that there was a quality issue and my sample could not be processed -- no further explanation. Customer service is non-existent. There is no number that you can call. All 4 of my emails have been completely ignored. Wish I had saved my money and the disappointment this product caused. Sent it on October 8th 18 and by October 12th I had the email with the results. ITS A GIRL! 100%. I was a little disappointed but delt with my emtions as time went on and still didn't tell my partner but little by little prepared him for a girl. I saw it was wrong for a lot of people but mostly those told they were having boys, so o didn't think mine would be wrong. So fast forwards to 17 weeks we had our gender ultrasound. I still prayed every night that sneak peek would be wrong. And suprised suprise! Gender reveal showed it was a BOY!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT so I called the place and told them I had done the blood test and it said I was for sure having a girl so they had me go back just in case and she said "well, it's clearly a boy for sure so im not sure what they where talking about". I'm so happy it is a boy but I hate that I even let my emotions get all in a mess due to this stupid test. Now I'm still doubtful even though it's clear and so I am going again for my 20 week ultrasound to confirm once more. JUST DONT BUY IT. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE EMOTIONAL ROLLER COASTER OF DOUBT. I would go with this percentage more than their quoted 99%. So if you got a girl result have a bit more trust that it's correct. If you got a boy result it may be less so. Because this is an at home test, I would not suggest a gender reveal until you get a doctor's confirmation. However, this is by far the absolute most accurate at home test you can possibly take! It's relatively inexpensive if you just can't wait to find out, especially if you wait for discounted specials. My results came back within 2-3 business days. The ultra sound was different than the blood test results, but it makes a good story and what have you got to lose? Either the test is correct and you know super early, or you get your money back...which is what I now have to work on ^_^
Edit: 4 months after baby born I'm still trying to get refund...not so simple as there is no customer service number to speak to a human about issues.
Edit: 6 months after baby and nothing. Cannot get money back. Company ignoring my inquiries.

If you're buying from Canada they mention " their labs are working as usual but there might be some delays due to Covid19 at the border" what they don't tell you is that delay is 2 WEEKS quarantine just at the border. It's going to be 3 weeks, still waiting for the stupid email. I'm not even sure the quality of my sample will still be good when it arrives... I wish I knew this, I wouldn't have bought it.

Even though my results were correct, I really regret doing this test. On the Canadian Amazon there are no bad reviews, but on the US Amazon, there are plenty. Lots of false results etc. And when some people are getting false results, it meant that my result could have been false too. So when I got my Sneakpeek results, I did not really believe it and it was honestly so confusing to know but also not know for 4 weeks until my ultrasound. And even at the ultrasound, I wished that it could be a proper surprise and not such a half-hearted surprise. I don't know. It was just a very confusing experience and I would not recommend doing something that is not 100% reliable. I realize that nothing is 100% reliable, but maybe just read the US Amazon reviews too before buying it. Finding out if you're expecting a boy or girl should be a fun and special experience - not such a confusing experience. And if you do decide to buy it, watch a youtube video before administering.

I had my anatomy scan a couple weeks ago and the result was boy. I didn't believe it so I went for a 3D ultrasound (20 weeks) and is it indeed a boy!

I ordered this and was happy with how quickly it came. However it did not have proper directions and did not list that you can bring this to your dr and have them take blood for you which would be a million times easier then milking your finger for enough blood required I know so many who loved this product and I hoever have not had a good experience with them at all. I am very disappointed with everything over all. To clarify I was 10 weeks when doing the test as well and following the instructions to a tee.
I mailed mine in early on a Monday morning. It is suppose to be 2-3 day shipping back to the lab and a day to generate lab results. Then you get an email with the results. Well I should have gotten my results over a week ago and nothing.
I tried contacting the office directly unfortunately I have had no luck getting any answers.
